Somewhere off the beaten path, 50 miles outside of Venice, I sink my teeth in. "If you want to write, do it," I say to the woman at odds with her natural gifts. "No one gets to stop you; no one has that ability." As the simple truth sets in, and together we begin to create her action plan, her eyes tear in joy. I feel flight, removed from the false barriers that keep us at bay. This is flow - a synergy of passion and strengths - and I feel it every day. Shouldn't you?
my background in a nutshell I've had the opportunity to coach, mentor, and advise more than 3,000 people from a variety of backgrounds – including highly creative, high-potential individuals, MBA and undergraduate students, and low-income adults. I've delivered more than 500 presentations on a broad range of topics that focus on goal setting, personality evaluation, personal and professional strengths, and creativity development. As a McNair Scholar and recipient of the Rising TRiO Achiever Award, my continuing passion is to promote life-long learning, creativity, and personal growth. creative development coaching A Creative Development Coach helps individuals and businesses identify and maximize creativity and strengths.
